The Mission of Pilgrim's Care Team is to emulate the character of Jesus by caring for the members of our congregation through compassion, empathy, and love. We seek to do this through the delivery of physical and spiritual needs within a circle of support that embraces everyone. We support our church community through personal visits (when allowed), phone calls, meal provisions, correspondence, and personal prayers.
